Festival Sustainability Review (3 days)
- Skype or face-to-face meeting to get to know your event and priorities
- Background research on what’s already in place
- Key contractor liaison if required
- Site visit
- Report and recommendations
Our team will look into every nook and cranny of your event (including the bins!). The invaluable report will include photos, observations and recommendations covering every aspect of sustainability, whilst focusing on any areas identified in advance.
Day 1 – Familiarisation, client meeting and background research/preparation

Environmental Policy Workshop (1.5 days)
- A team workshop at a location of your choice
- A comprehensive environmental policy
The team workshop explores your aspirations and requirements, leading to the drafting of an environmental policy which is specific to your organisation and event. This package will help to define your aims, engage key staff across the organisation, and provide a clear framework for approaching sustainability. It is the first essential step for organisations taking their environmental performance seriously.
Environmental Policy, Website Policy and Green Action Plan (3 days)
- Environmental policy workshop (as above)
- Web/audience-friendly version of the environmental policy
- Green Action Plan specific to your event, which can be used as a template for future events.
Taking the next step from developing an environmental policy, this package will provide you with a detailed action plan to support action in all areas of your organisation and provide clear aims and targets to review post-event.
The Art of Achieving Sustainability with Concessions (1 day)
The package:A full day of one-to-one support with your team exploring trader management, regulations, communication and reward initiatives covering;
- Supply chain provenance and management
- Food trader waste systems
- Green Trader Award approaches
This amazing value workshop comes with a suite of off-the-shelf resources including sustainability checklists for traders, and template Green Award plans.
Effective Green Communications (2 days)
- Effective green comms briefing
- Team meeting exploring current communications and priorities
- Review of current comms across all platforms
- Drafting of a positioning statement
- Overarching strategy for green communications
