Reggae City

The Event

Established in 2010, Reggae City is a Birmingham based annual festival of music and Caribbean culture and has varied in size since it began, from spanning across 3 venues in the Rainbow complex to a small local takeover at Alfie Birds in The Custard Factory. An event dripping with authentic vibes, Reggae City celebrates both Birmingham’s unique reggae heritage and the huge influence reggae music has in today’s contemporary music scene.

Reggae City is an exploration into reggae music in its widest sense from roots to ska and from jungle to dubstep and has presented international headline acts alongside a wealth of local and national talent.
